TimeTrax is an extraordinarily intuitive time billing utility. TimeTrax was requested by people who dont like the overly complicated time billing software available on the market.
It is for use by professionals and individuals in companies who must keep track of their time and activities for various cost centres, dockets and projects.
A control bar allows the user to start, stop, and pause the timer which contains an animated icon to show when its running.
When the timer is stopped, the user is prompted to apply the time against dockets, customers, activity types, costs, etc.
The user can create graphs and reports depicting activities over selected periods of time.

A comprehensive Order Management System created for one of North Americas largest telephone dating services. Edwin processes more than 80,000 customer orders per month coming from more than 80 cities throughout Canada, the United States, and the UK.
It assigns and tracks account numbers and passwords as well as payment details, problems, charge backs, customer notes, and demographic information. Customer accounts are verified against existing accounts to allow or disallow sales based on duplicate payment accounts, previous declines, charge backs, invalid information, etc.
Credit card payments are authorized at time of sale through a dedicated communications server.
Sales are either entered manually or imported from Interactive Voice Response systems throughout North America and the United Kingdom and automatically processed.

LetterTrax
LetterTrax interfaces with a telemarketing system used by one of Canadas largest banks.
Requests for letters are imported to create orders, which are then broken down according to fulfillment codes into their corresponding material requirements (i.e. paper, labels, envelopes, etc.).
These items are checked against stock levels for allocation purposes and the corresponding letters are printed (in the requested language) as stock levels permit.

System Integration
Streams
Streams takes order file downloads from the host computer, breaks down and groups orders and line items, and generates a series of reports and export files for the various handling purposes necessary.
This includes a Canada Post container separation report, which is used for mailing discounts by region. Some exported files are sent to several high-speed laser printers for label and acknowledgement printing according to the type of order involved.
Other files are imported into the warehouse management system (Latitude) for order allocation. The entire process is started and finished by pressing one button while still allowing for interactive use by administrators.
