• Allows for physical aggration of inventory for unlimited Clients

Impax supports client-owned inventory -that is, products within inventory can belong to clients, divisions of companies, or they can be simply grouped under one ownership.

Product/Inventory Control

• Tiered Pricing Track serialized or bulk inventory by user-definable groups and categories, with multiple user-definable pricing systems per product code.
• Assemblies Build-up and break down of assemblies with component and relationship management.

Locations are organized by zone, aisle, level, bin and depth. Go as deep as you want to go. They are further categorized by location type (i.e. primary, offsite, staging, temporary, mobile, etc.). Again, its user definable.

Work Orders

• Tracking Work Order system tracks technicians, hours required, and hours worked.
• Skill Allocation Skill levels are automatically determined based on product within Work Orders.

Work orders are priority-based, required date based, and support go-back work orders.

Work Log

• Compliance Work log system assured compliance with government requirements by tracking hours not worked.
• Integrated Work log interfaces with Work Orders to record work completed..
• DispatchTracks whether or not the work order has been returned to the dispatcher.

Quotes and Prospecting

• Auto Adjustment Set quote totals and Impax redefines item pricing to match the total. Impax supports global markups.
• Leasing System Calculate monthly lease payments with user-definable rate tables. Supports leasin commissions.
• Provide customer online reports, including billing information and credit status in real time.

Automatic calculation of install hours for work order generation. Sold quotes generate the sales order. Quotes have ratings systems for prospecting and analysis.

Purchasing

• Auto-Generation of bulk Purchase Orders, or create them individually from Sales Orders
• Batch Purchasing Based on sales requirements and inventory levels for in-house or inventory purchases.

Purchased products can be reserved against sales orders so that they are automatically allocated when received, and ready for shipping.

Technician Scheduling

• Skill Allocation Schedule technicians according to skill level and zone (both are optional)
• Auto Select Select a technician and Impax finds the first available time.
• Select by Date Select a date and time, and Impax finds the first available technician.

Technician Status system integrates with Work Orders and Technician Scheduling system.

Product(SKU) Management

• Granular Inventory Tracking within the warehouse sets JobTrax apart from anything in it price. Track every SKU by client, sid, carton,unit quantity, serial number, lot number, expiry date, production date, and receiving date!

Products are organized according to client, vendor, class and category. Latitude records the weight and size of cartons (for cubing), and it can optionally record specific details about the products you deal with. Paper converters, for example, need to track Roll Number, Caliper, Roll Width, and Weight / 1000. With Latitude, this is user-definable.

Receiving

• Multiple Receive Receive against P/O, repair orders, RMA orders, or adjust directly into inventory.
• Serial #'s Use existing serial #'s or have Impax auto-generate them upon receipt.

The location management system allows you to define independent picking and put away orders. Impax can automatically determine the best available location.

Shipping

• Order Driven Shipping preferences such as Partial shipments and Hold shipping can be controlled at the Order Level.
• Reserved Items Reserved items are automatically allocated to their respective Sales Orders.
• Shipping Documents Impax generates all necessary shipping documents such as NAFTA certificates, bills of lading, FDA/FCC forms, and commercial invoices.

Import/Export

• Validation Import or export virtually any information in Impax with built-in validation and error checking.
• Product Updates Impax supports automated product list updates from multiple vendors.
